Agreement

By adding Sentry to a server or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sentry. Sentry is operated by TheSizAgency.

Who can use Sentry

You must be old enough to use Discord and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you add Sentry to a server, you confirm that you have permission to manage that server.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Sentry to break the law, harass people, or break the Discord Terms of Service;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Sentry or its infrastructure;
• abuse Sentry features to spam, raid, or harm other servers;
• resell or redistribute Sentry without our permission.

Server owners and moderators

Server owners and administrators decide how Sentry is configured in their server. They are responsible for their moderation decisions, for the rules they set, and for telling their members what is recorded where the law requires it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sentry running, but it is provided as is and we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, suspend or remove features at any time.

Ending access

You can stop using Sentry at any time by removing it from your server. We may restrict or block servers or users who break these terms or put the service at risk.

No warranty and limited liability

To the extent the law allows, Sentry is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Sentry after a change means you accept the updated terms.
